I became a Mortgage Loan Officer because I wanted to make the home loan process less stressful and help people feel confident about their decisions. Since then, I’ve helped families and individuals across California navigate financing with clarity and care.

When I launched the Alves Mortgage Team, that mission stayed at the heart of my work. Some of the moments I’m proudest of include helping first-time buyers get their keys, finding options for clients who thought homeownership was out of reach, and guiding families through each step of the loan process.
